Monsoon active in AP: Widespread rains reported

Hyderabad, Jun 24 (UNI) With the SouthWest Monsoon active all over Andhra Pradesh, widespread rains were reported from all the districts bringing cheer to the farmers who had already started sowing operations.

Director of the Hyderabad Met Centre Satya Kumar told UNI that the southwest monsoon which did not cover Adilabad till yesterday, was covered today.

He said rains would be good this season according to signs available.
