Kaafila embroled website fraud

Mumbai, June 24 (UNI) Sunny Deol starrer ''Kaafila'' directed by Ammtoje Mann, which revolves around international network of illegal immigration and human trafficking, has itself been caught in a web of website frauds.

Various websites, of late, have been playing songs on their websites, claiming that they are from ''Kaafila'' whereas, Mannerism Films Pvt Ltd, the makers of the movie, have not yet released the music.

Some unknown and unpopular songs are repeatedly passed on as eagerly-awaited ''Kaafila'' songs, misleading and cheating millions of surfers around the globe, a spokesman of Mannerism Films Pvt Ltd said.

They are in talks with legal luminaries in India and abroad and contemplating legal action against the websites, which include desiest.com, masti4u.com and okebsite.com.

Directed by Ammtoje Mann, the film has Sunny Deol as leading actor cast. Pakistani actress Sana Nawaz is playing the female lead.

She plays an Afghani character.

Another Pakistani actress Mona Lisa is playing the role of an Indian. She is one of the most popular television actress in Pakistan. Bulgarian super model Paulina also plays the lead opposite Sunny Deol in the film. The film attempts at showing the pains and trials the immigrants go through in their lives.

''When I read about the tragedy, I decided to make a film on illegal human trafficking,'' producer-director Ammtoje Mann, whose earlier film ''Hawayein'' brought him recognition, said.
