Gang stealing motor cycles busted

Vijayawada, Jun 24 (UNI) Police today arrested six persons on charges of stealing fourteen two-wheelers in the city.

West Zone Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) S M Vali told newspersons here that the gang comprised three professional thieves and three students sold the stolen vehicles to unknown persons after they made alterations on it.

For past days the police was monitoring the movements of the gang before the arrest was made, he added.
