Fisheries Minister escapes unhurt in road mishap

Kozhikode, Jun 24 (UNI) Kerala Fisheries Minister S Sarma escaped unhurt when the car in which he was travelling collided with a van in the city today.

The accident took place when the official car in which Mr Sarma was returning after visiting Beypore Harbour crashed on a pick up van at Karaparamba around noon, police said.

His gunman Binu and driver Hasha, who sustained minor injuries were given first aid at the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.
