SC restrains J-K govt from sealing 12 diagnostic labs

New Delhi, June 23 (UNI) The Supreme Court today restrained the J&K state government from sealing the 12 diagnostic laboratories and nursing homes in the state whose sealing has been ordered by the state high court.

A bench comprising Justices A R Lakshmanan and Altamas Kabir also issued notices to the state government on a petition filed by Astha Diagnostic Clinical Lab and others.

The petitioners have challenged the high court order on the grounds that the guidelines framed by the high court were in violation of the provisions of J
