Release of militants is part of Congress-ULFA deal, says BJP

New Delhi, June 23 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party today assailed the Government's decision to release five ULFA militants, saying that the decision was dangerous for the country and demorale the security forces.

Party spokesman Prakash Javadekar alleged the decision was part of the Congress' deal with ULFA militants during the recent election in Asom.

''The BJP strongly opposed the decision,'' he stressed.
