MLA arrested following deteriorating condition

Bhabhua(Bihar), June 23 (UNI) MLA Ramchandra Singh Yadav, staging indefinite hunger strike against the alleged irregularities in counting of votes for the recently held Panchayat elections was arrested here today.

District Magistrate Kaimur Anwar Alam Manjar said here that the MLA was arrested following a report of the civil surgeon who had mentioned that the condition of the MLA was deteriorating.

The MLA had been taken to the local government hospital for treatment.
