Gatorade uncorks Blue Bolt in India

New Delhi, June 23 (UNI) It's surely not a bolt from the blue as Gatorade, world's leading sports drinks, appears in a new avatar -- Blue Bolt -- to woo the Indians and that too at a time when the soccer fever has reached its crescendo in the sports-crazy nation.

Launched here today, the new blue colour flavour promises to be a scientifically validated blend of carbohydrates and key electrolytes, the drink is priced at Rs 25 for 500ml.

To celebrate the spirit of soccer, Blue Bolt will be available in four unique labels featuring soccer stars and Gatorade brand ambassadors Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos Frank Lampard and Alessandro Nesta in across 14 key cities -- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Goa, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Lushiana and Jaipur.
