Foreign reserve spurts by USD 157 m to USD 163.033 bn
Mumbai, June 23 (UNI) According to a weekly statistical report issued by the RBI, the foreign exchange reserves as on June 6 increased by USD 157 million to touch USD 163.033 billion as compared to the previous figures of 162.876 billion.
Also in keeping with the international best practice, RBI has included USD 77.6 billion as reserve in the International Monetary Fund.
The total food credit for the last fortnight, stood at Rs 1,484 crore and the Non Food credit was at Rs 15,968 crore.
Total outstanding as on June 9 was to the tune of Rs 4534 crore.
