Srinagar, June 22 (UNI) Taking a compassionate view, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has decided to waive off all dues on account of house loans, rents and other advances in favour of seven deceased legislators and one former MLA.

This decision was announced by Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Hussain Baigh here, an official spokesman said today.

This is in keeping with the assurance Mr Baigh gave in the state assembly during the last budget session.

The former legislators in whose favour the compassionate waiver has been granted are late Mustaq Ahmad Lone, late Mohamad Yousuf Parray, late Mir Mustafa, late Abdul Jabbar Mir, late Safdar Ali Baigh, late Mr.Sadiq Malik and fromer MLA, Mohammad Maqbool Lone.

Meanwhile, Mr Baigh has recommended the creation of 366 posts of dental surgeons in the state.

This follows the demand put to Mr Baigh during his interactions with people and visits to various areas of the state.
