Volvo launches Volvo FH, FM heavy vehicles

Mumbai, June 16: Volvo India Pvt ltd has launched a new generation of its Volvo FH and Volvo FM trucks with price range of Rs 50 lakh on Indian roads.

The new product range helps further reinforce the company's position in India, when it comes to high performance trucking. The New Volvo FH and Volvo FM are undoubtedly the best trucks we have ever launched in terms of fuel, economy, safety and productivity. The new truck models have begun production in Volvo's Hosakote plant at Bangalore, says Volvo India Pvt Ltd Managing Director Eric Leblancy while talking to mediapersons here today.

The Indian market is maturing and there is genuine need in the industry for modern, efficient and high-performance trucks to ensure sustainable transport solutions. The change is exemplified among our customers who today run upto exclusive fleets of 150 volvo trucks and provide us with 60 per cent repeat purchase rate.
