Crack NSA whip to ban pro-LTTE rally: Swamy
Chennai, June 15 (UNI) Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy today demanded that the Centre advise the use of National Security Act (NSA) to restrain MDMK general secretary Vaiko, Tamil National Movement leader P Nedumaran and K Veeramani of Dravida Kazhagam from organising a pro-LTTE rally in Tamil Nadu tomorrow.
In a statement here, he said the LTTE was an anti-Indian, internationally condemned terrorist organisation which was responsible for the assassination of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
He also wanted the Centre to fell the Tamil Nadu government not to give permission for the rally.
