Maid's body found in engineer's drawing room in South Delhi

New Delhi, Jun 14 (UNI) The body of a 40-year-old maid servant was found in the drawing room of a software engineer in Chitranjan Park area of South Delhi under mysterious circumstances.

K Acharya, a software engineer with a multinational, reported the matter to the police after he found his maid Saraswati (40) dead in his drawing room late last night when he returned from work, according to sources.

Saraswati had joined work at Acharya's place some 12 days back.

His family was out of station for the past one month.

The body as been sent for post mortem and investigations are on, the police said.
