Investigations on, police say on firing

Mumbai, June 14 (UNI) Two unidentified people opened fire at renowned producer and director Mahesh Bhatt's office in Juhu here today.

According to some sources underworld don Ravi Pujari has taken responsibility for the attack. They said that Pujari had sent his boys to ''do away with'' Mahesh Bhatt.

Police have reached Mahesh Bhatt's office and their investigations were in progress.

However, police said it was too early to say anything and only after the investigations were complete could they come out with a statement.

There have been no injuries in the incident.
