Skoda Auto rolls out 30,000th car in Indian market

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, June 13 (UNI) Auto major Skoda Auto India, a Volkswagen group company of the Czech Republic, today rolled out its 30,000th car in the Indian market.

A Skoda Auto release here today said that the premium automobile manufacturer has achieved this milestone in a short span of just four-and-a-half years since its inception in November 2001 here.

Skoda Auto India Managing Director Lukas Folc, in the release, said that achiving the milestone by the company was above their expectations.

Currently, the company has 14 products in the luxury segment catering to the various price points and customer requirements, the release added.
