Mahachandra Pd Singh leader of Congress in council

Patna, Jun 13 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and Member of the Bihar Legislative Council(MLC) Mahachandra Prasad Singh has been nominated as leader of the MLCs of the party in the upper house.

Secretary of the State Legislative Council, Mungeshwar Sahu said that leader of Congress Legislative Party in Bihar assembly Dr.

Ashok Kumar had informed the house about the nomination of Mr Singh as leader of the party.

Dr Nilambar Chaudhary was nominated as deputy leader of the party while Ms Jyoti as chief whip of the party in the house.

Acting chairman of the Council, Prof Arun Kumar has granted the required status to the said members.
