Infosys sets July 14 as record date for issue of bonus shares

Bangalore, June 12 (UNI) Software major Infosys Technologies today set July 14 as the record date for the issue of bonus shares approved at the Annual General Meeting held here on June 10.

The Company had appproved issue of bonus share in the ratio of 1:1.

The shareholders had also approved increasing the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 150 crore to Rs 300 crore.
