Eicher Motors with Wipro for Terra 16 range

New Delhi, June 12: Eicher Motors, the CV unit of Eicher Motors Ltd, and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering today signed an agreement to work together for Eicher Motor's recently introduced Terra 16, 16T GVW tipper.

As per the agreement signed by Eicher Motors CE A Ramasubramanian and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering MD Anurag Behar, Wipro will supply hydraulic tipping kits for fitment into Eicher Terra16 chassis as OE fitment.

''With aggressive plans for introducing Terra16 in many more new locations and expanding network of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, it is expected that customers would get better value by coming together of the two leading players in their respective area of operations, said Mr Ramasubramanian.

Presently, Terra 16 has been introduced in select five cities and would be further introduced in three more markets in the month of June and in ten more locations in the next quarter.
