I can play better, says Man of the Match Robben

LEIPZIG, June 11 (Reuters) Tricky Netherlands winger Arjen Robben gave the Serbia&Montenegro defence a torrid time as he scored in today's 1-0 win but said he could improve.

''I'm happy with the way I played,'' said Robben, who tormented his markers throughout the match on a steamy afternoon at the Zentralstadion.

''I know that I can play even better but, especially in the second half, it was so hot. The important thing is we got three points.'' Robben scored the only goal in the 18th minute after springing the Serbian offside trap and racing clear before calmly tucking the ball past keeper Dragoslav Jevric.

The winger fired in a series of shots in the first half after turning right back Nenad Djordjevic inside out and the struggling defender was substituted before halftime.
