Bangalore, June 9 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.

Monsoon was weak over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Rainfall occurred at isolated places over the State.

Chief rainfall amounts (cm); Virajpet 2, Arsikere 1.

Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka; over Belgaum, Dharwad, Haveri districts of North Interior Karnataka and over ghat areas of South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over remaining districts of North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy.
