Three injured in incidents of fire in North West Delhi
New Delhi, Jun 9 (UNI) Three people were injured in separate incidents of fire in North West Delhi today.
In the first incident, which occured at about 0800 Hours, a husband and wife suffered serious burn injuries when a gas cylinder caught fire in a house in the Sonia Vihar area of North West Delhi.
Twenty-four- year-old Pradeep suffered 55 per cent burns while his 21-year-old wife Rinki suffered 90 per cent burns, police said.
Both have been admitted to the GTB hospital, police said.
In another incident a 32-year-old woman suffered 99 per cent burn injuries at 1500 hours this afternoon at a house under Khajuri Khas police station when her 'pallu' caught fire while she was working in her kitchen. As the woman Gajna, wife of a head constable, ran outside the fire spread further, resulting in her suffering 99 per cent burns.
She was admitted to the GTB hospital in serious condition, police said.
