ICRA assigns A1+ to Yes bank's Rs 0.12 cr CD prog

New Delhi, June 9 (UNI) Credit rating agency ICRA today assigned an A1+ rating to the Rs 0.12 crore Certificate of Deposit (CD) programme of Yes Bank Ltd (YBL), indicating highest-credit-quality rating to short-term debt instruments.

The rating factors in the profile of YBL's principal shareholders, its adequate capitalisation bolstered by the initial public offering of Rs 0.03 crore in June 2005.

The rating also takes into account the diversified income profile of the bank, its technology initiatives and expertise in select business domains.
