HC issued notice on minister's continuance in cabinet

Hyderabad, Jun 9 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh High Court Judge Mr Justice P S Narayana today issued notices to the State Chief Minister Y S Rajasekara Reddy, State Legislative Secretary and the Election Commission of India in a Public Interest writ petition against State Forest Minister S Vijayaramaraju.

One N Jayaraj filed the petition, questioning Mr Vijayaramaraju's continuance in the State Cabinet, alleging that he had won the assembly elections after producing a fake caste certificate.
