266 vehicles fined for breaking traffic rules in Kashmir
Srinagar, June 9 (UNI) The traffic police in Kashmir has booked 266 vehicles during its week-long drive against rash and negligent driving, an official spokesman said today.
He said a fine of about Rs 1.40 lakh was realised from the errant drivers.
The spokesman said about 165 two-wheeler riders were also booked for not wearing helmets and a fine of Rs 61,000 realised from them.
