Woman poisons family, commits suicide

Morena, MP, June 8 : Upset over an argument with her husband, a woman committed suicide by consuming poison after giving the same to her husband and two daughters in Tal village of the district, police said today.

Ambah Sub-divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Sunil Mehta said Rajkumar Tomar (26) and his wife Sunita (24) had an argument yesterday afternoon.

Sunita allegedly gave poison to her husband and two daughters -- Anshu (6) and Ruchi (8) -- before consuming the substance herself.

Sunita and Anshu died at Ambah hospital and Morena hospital respectively, while Rajkumar and Ruchi were receiving treatment at Morena hospital.
