Relaxation in Stamp Fee for entrepreneurs of Noida SEZ

Lucknow, June 8 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government has decided to provide relaxation in Stamp Fee admissible under Section 35 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

The relaxation on 'pattas' executed in favour of any entrepreneur by any developer or co-developer of any standard design factory located at processing area of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Noida, district Gautam Buddha Nagar.

According to information received from the Institutional Finance, Tax and Registration Department, the relaxation in Stamp Fee will be provided subject to condition that at the time of registry, license issued by the Commerce Department, Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in this regard be also produced.
