PCCs in 8 states to be formed by June 15

New Delhi, Jun 8 (UNI) States where Pradesh Congress Committees (PCC) have not been reconstituted so far have been told to expedite formation of such committees by June 15.

A letter to this effect has been addressed to the PCC presidents by Union Minister without Portfolio Oscar Feranandes, according to party treasurer Moti Lal Vohra.

States where PCCs are yet to formed are Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Tamil Nadu, Mr Vohra said, In all these states, District Congress Committees had already been formed but PCCs were yet to be formed, he added.
