No obscenity in my remix songs: Himesh Reshammiya

Indore, June 8 (UNI) Musician Himesh Reshammiya, whose hit number 'Jhalak dikhla ja', may set feet tapping, has said his remix songs did not contain obscenity.

Admitting that remix songs contained obscenity, Himesh said he had tried to give songs, which were free from vulgarity.

He credited his success in this age of cut-throat competition to actor Salman Khan. He said he was surviving in the film industry due to his hardwork.

''In order to survive in the film industry, it is better to give a hit number once in every three-four months,'' he said, adding that he was toiling hard for this.

Himesh added that he had received music as inheritance from his father.
