Marshal of Malopolska Region in AP capital

Hyderabad, Jun 8 (UNI) The Marshal of the Malopolska Region of Poland, Janusz Sepiol, arrived here last night on a three-day visit to the city along with a delegation to take forward the statement of Cooperation in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) signed last year between Andhra Pradesh and Malopolska The statement was signed by Minister for Information Technology P Sabith Reddy and the Marshal of Malopolska Region in December last year, according to a release here today.

The specific areas identified for cooperation include, economic development and trade in the field of advanced technologies and establishment of the IT park in Malopolska, The delegation, which visited the facilities created by IT Park Developers, held discussions today with the academia and corporates in to map and utilise the robust IT industry.

The Marshal paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy who assured them of all cooperation from the state in achieving the objectives outlined in the statement.
