Indian cricketers Vs Telugu film stars on June 11

Vijayawada, Jun 8 (UNI) Indian cricketers will take on Telugu film stars in a 30 overs a side match to raise fund for developing sports infrastructure and sports awareness among the youth in the state at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium here on June 11.

Addressing a press conference, Andhra Pradesh Sports Foundation (APSF) Secretary N Madhukar said film stars Tarun, Srikanth, Venkatesh, Nitin, Sai Kumar, Jagapati Babu, Ravi Teja and cricket stars Azharuddin, Murali Karthik, L Balaji, J P Yadav, Hemang Badani and M S K Prasad would participate in the match.

He said film actors Rambha, Archana, Nikita, Ankitha and Anjali Javeri would also take part in the match.

Mr Madhukar said APSF will honour upcoming cricketer Mahoob Basha with a cash award for his 132 wickets so far in under 13 and 15, all India tournaments.

Zee Telugu channel will telecast the match live, he added.
