Brother-in-law of Subhash Yadav surrenders in kidnapping case
Patna, June 8 (UNI) Pappu Yadav alias Pankaj, brother-in-law of RJD MP Subhash Yadav, evading arrest for a long time in connection with a kidnapping case, surrendered before the local police here today.
Inspector General of Police (Patna range) Rajwardhan Sharma said Pappu was wanted in connection with kidnapping of Atul, who was abducted while he was being brought here from Gujarat in police custody in 2004.
Mr Sharma said the operation of attaching the property of the assailant, which was on at his paternal residence during the day at Mirganj in Gopalganj, was stopped after he surrendered in Gardanibagh police station.
