All five Korean hostages in Nigeria free-militants

PORT HARCOURT, Nigeria, June 8 (Reuters) All five Korean hostages seized in southern Nigeria yesterday were freed today, one of the militant groups behind the abductions said.

''All five Korean prisoners captured by our unit in the attack on the Daewoo camp were released at 4:00 pm (1500 GMT) today,'' the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) said in an email to news organisations.
