Sun Pharma allots 58,445 equity shares against conversion of FCCBs

Mumbai, June 7 (UNI) Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd today informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on June 7, has allotted 58,445 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each of the Company at a premium of Rs 724.30 per share upon exercise of option of conversion for 947 Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) of USD 1,000 each into Equity Shares of the company by FCCB holder.

Consequently, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the company has increased from 18,59,47,644 equity shares to 18,60,06,089 equity shares of Rs 5 each, as of date.
