New Delhi, June 7 (UNI) Reflecting the upswing of the Indian economy, Larsen and Tourbo Ltd today said it has allotted 6,03,022 shares to those employees who had exercised their options under the Company's ESOP Scheme.

The aforesaid shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respects, including entitlement of dividend for the year ended March 31,2006, a company statement said.
