China emerges as the new destination for studying medicine
Guwahati, Jun 7 (UNI) China, having gained tremendous popularity among students from the East and North East, could be touted as the next gateway for medical education.
According to Partha Sarathi Ganguli, CEO, online.com, the organisation has already sent more than 600 odd students to various Chinese medical universities last year.
This year three more Chinese Universities, medical colleges have undergone collaboration owing to the various economic packages ranging from Rs 9 to 14 lakh for entire costs of medical education, including fooding, lodging and tution fees.
The Saraswati Online.com, a leading Educational service provider, is successfully working in the field of overseas medical education from various South East Asian countries, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan.
Mr Ganguli further added that the medium of instruction in the medical classes would be in English, but learning of Chinese language is mandatory there.
