SpiceJet to commence flights to Guwahati

New Delhi, June 6: Low-cost, no frills airline SpiceJet today announced that it would launch thrice a week non-stop operations to Guwahati in the Northeast region from July 10 next.

As an introductory offer, SpiceJet airlines will introduce special launch fare of Rs 2,899 for passengers till October-end subject to availability of seats. Booking for seats will start from tomorrow onwards, an airline spokesman said today.

Initially, the flights between Delhi and Guwahati will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Subsequently, by October it will start operating daily flights to the Asom capital city.

In addition, SpiceJet will connect Guwahati to Kolkata.

By early next year, the major existing destinations of the airlines' network will get connected with Guwahati.
