Pressure horns removed from CRPF vehicles in Kashmir
Srinagar, June 6 (UNI) In compliance with the Jammu and Kashmir High Court directions, the authorities removed pressure horns from several vehicles belonging to the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), an official spokesman said today.
He said Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic, Kashmir Syed Tawqeer Ahmed checked 47 CRPF vehicles near the Bakshi Stadium here.
The Magistrate asked for pollution under control (PUC) certificates from the drivers and also inspected the vehicles for pressure horns, the spokesman added.
Seven vehicles were found to have pressure horns, which were later removed on-the-spot.
