Hand grenade recovered from railway track

Jalandhar, June 6 (UNI) The Government Railway Police (GRP) today recovered a hand grenade from railway tracks near Kala Bakra station between Jalandhar and Bhogpur on the Jalandhar-Pathankot section.

A Police spokesman here said the grenade was found abadoned on the railway tracks around 800 hours this morning.

He said GRP and Punjab Police are investigating in the matter.
