Four of a family killed in road accident

Nagpur, June 6 (UNI) Four members of a family were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles at Kampthe naka near here.

Police today said a six-seater autorickshaw carrying six people of the same family from Kamptee collided with the truck moving towards Kamptee yesterday.

The family members were coming to Nagpur to attend the marriage of a relative.

The deceased were identified as - Abdul Wahid Agned (50), Arbaj Ahmed Nawab (14), Nishad Sultana Nawab Ahmed (17) and Sokil Parwez (4). The injured were admitted to Mayo hospital here.

Truck driver - Sail Kumar Kuluswami has been arrested, the police added.
