Singapore-Delhi Air bus makes emergency landing

Bhubaneswar, June 3 (UNI) The Singapore-Delhi Airbus of Indian made an emergency landing at the Biju Pattnaik airport here following a technical snag in midair.

Airport sources said the pilot of the Airbus carrying 150 passengers sought permission for an emergemcy landing at the airport which was granted.

The plane landed at 1325 hrs and immediately the ground engineers inspected the plane and rectified the snag. After a halt of two hours, the plane left for its destination at 1545 hrs.
