Landslide victory for Cong in municipal polls

Imphal, June 3: The Congress emerged victorious in the Imphal Municipal Council (IMC) elections held on May 31.

Congress won 16 seats, National Congress Party won four seats, while RJD and Manipur peoples' party got one seat each. Five independents also won, official sources said.
