Court rejects bail petition of Sadhu Yadav's private secretary

Patna, June 3 (UNI) Special vigilance judge of Patna Ramniwas Prasad today rejected the anticipatory bail petition of Prabhakar Singh, the private secretary of RJD MP, Sadhu Yadav in the multi crore rupees flood relief scam.

The case was related to misappropriation of nearly Rs 13 crore, meant for relief work in the flood hit areas of North Bihar in 2004.

Vigilance investigation bureau had already submitted a chargesheet against Mr Singh for being involved in the scam.
