Court rejects bail petition of private secretary

Patna, June 3 (UNI) Special vigilance judge of Patna Ramniwas Prasad today rejected the anticipatory bail petition of Prabhakar Singh, the private secretary of RJD MP, Sadhu Yadav in multi crore rupees flood relief scam.

The case was related to misappropriation of nearly Rs 13 crore, meant for relief work which was carried in the flood hit areas of North Bihar in 2004.

Vigilance investigation bureau had already submitted chargesheet against the accused Mr Singh under the charges of involvment in the scam.
