Rajahmundry, June 3 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President K Keshava Rao today said his party was ready for an alliance with any outfit except the ''non-secular'' Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the BJP in the local body elections of the state.

Talking to newspersons after attending the mini-plenary session of East Godavari district Congress Committee, Mr Rao said the BJP did not have a clear stand on the Telangana issue.

He alleged that party President Rajnath Singh said one thing whie Venkaiah Naidu said something else. Meanwhile, L K Advani was directing something else, he added.

Mr Rao said his party would enter into an alliance with Telangana Rashtriya Samiti (TRS) in this election.

A district level selection committee would be formed to check and decide with the members if there was any dispute in the selection of candidates at the mandal level, he said.

On Telangana issue, he added his party would act according to the decision of the Congress president Sonia Gandhi and not according to the whoms of the left parties.
