Three youths from Bangalore missing

Bangalore, June 2 (UNI) Three engineers hailing from the city, who had gone for trekking to Sakleshpur in Hassan district, about 230 km from here have been reported missing since May 28.

According to Sakleshpur rural police, the three -- Bhaskar Babu (25), Vasanth Kumar (28) and Tejamurthy (35) -- all members of the Trekking Adventure Club here, left the city to trek in and around Shiradi Ghat area.

When they did not get in touch with their family even after three days, the brother of one of the missing persons went to Sakleshpur and filed a complaint with the police.

Police officials said a search was on to trace the youths.
