Pocket surfer wireless web access introduced

Mumbai, June 2 (UNI) Datawind corporation, a canada based developer of wireless web access devices and services has introduced its 'Pocketsurfer', a revolutionary wireless web access device, that provides the world's fastet access to mobile internet for the first time in India.

The 170 gm light weight and portable datawing pocket surfer is small enough to fit in the pocket and has got undersized keyboards and screens, Datawing India head Harinder Singh here today said.

Mr Singh said the pocketsurfer delivers real HTML with full graphics, java scripts and other modern web functionality for more than eight billion pages of content.

The device connects wirelessly to phone with bluetooth technology, he added.
