Fake currency of Rs 1.65 lakh recovered
New Delhi, June 2 (UNI) The Delhi Police have recovered fake currency of Rs 1.65 crore from a person in the Nangloi area of North Delhi.
25-year-old Rishi Kumar, a resident of Sonepat in Haryana, was arrested by a team of policemen of the West district police at Rohtak road yesterday when he was carrying out a transaction with a policeman who approached him as a decoy customer.
More than 1500 fake notes of Rs 100 denomination were recovered from him. An FIR has been registered against him in Nangloi police station.
