Cop commits suicide

Cuddalore, June 2 (UNI) A constable posted in the Prohibition wing in Panruti Police Station, committed suicide by hanging himself at Vanniyarpalayam area in this district of Tamil Nadu in the wee hours today.

Police said, the cop, Kishorekumar (45), might have taken the extreme step following a domestic quarrel.

Kishorekumar had a quarrel with his second wife Thamizh last night before going to bed. This morning he was found hanging from the ceiling of the house.

The body was taken to Government hospital for post mortem.
