Officiating district magistrate Narendra Singh Patel and police superintendent (city) B D Shukla said a magisterial inquiry had been ordered in the incident.
Additional district judge -- officiating as Gangster court judge -- Vinod Kumar Mishra had a narrow escape, when an undertrial Triyug Narain -- standing in the witness box -- hurled a crude bomb at him during his case hearing.
