Ban on 'The Da Vinci Code' hailed
Hyderabad, Jun 2 (UNI) The All India Christian United Front today hailed the Andhra Pradesh Government's decision to ban the controversial English film 'The Da Vinci Code' in the state.
The christion body described the decision as a brave act towards protection of beliefs and sentiments of millions of the community people.
In a statement here, Front National President T Vijaya Raj, while thanking the Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy for the decision, urged him to bring a law to ensure none distorted religion and its scriptures and hurt the sentiments of the faithful.
